1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the bd 333 platform (available at https://bd-333.app and all associated subdomains and applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bd 333 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bd 333 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued National ID (NID) card. Additional documentation, such as proof of address or a selfie, may be requested at the discretion of the Operator. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Accurate Information Obligation

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player
